Discover the flavours of Australia with our exclusive Christmas coffee, grown and produced in the mountains of Northern New South Wales. This coffee is made from the same cherry as the Natural Process Bundja but is processed using the washed method. Savor the clean, deep fruit notes of black cherry with macadamia, and honey, which shine in both black coffee and alternative milks. The washed method removes the cherry pulp before drying the seeds, resulting in a brighter fruit profile and a clean, deep cup. The farm offers some of the most southern grown coffee in the world.
The ‘Bundja’ is renowned for it’s sweetness and abundant fruitiness, due to the slow ripening that occurs in the low latitude region. Mountain Top Estate coffee is naturally grown and pesticide free.
